I ...Sorry you've become a guest of this Hotel. I was 50 when I started biochemo, and pretty fit from running, walking, biking and lap swimming-- but far from being a triathlete. I think being reasonably young and fit helped a lot. If I could do anything differently, I'd have gained 20 pounds before I started because I lost a lot of weight during treatment and became very week and unfit by the time I finished.
